- No refunds. We only exchange or offer store credit. 

- Items must be unworn with the Salt Creek tag still attached. 

- Customers are responsible for shipping if they want to
return item.

- Once we deliver to the post office, the package is no longer Salt Creek’s responsibility. Please contact the local post office if there is an issue.

- If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay the shipping back and provide a new address to send your order to.
