Shipping policy

-Once we deliver to the post office, the package is no longer Salt Creek’s responsibility. Please contact the local post office if there is an issue.

- If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be required to pay the shipping back and provide a new address to send your order to. 

- the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns 

-If you ordered items that contain a PREORDER, the entire order will not ship until it is ready. If you want to receive your other items before that, we can invoice you a separate shipping charge.
